1. Throughly clean the surface to remove dirt, oil, grease, and other material that may interfere with adhesion. Wash the surface with a strong detergent, such as Tri-Sodium Phosphate (TSP) or Formula 409. Then Rinse the surface.
2. Sand the surface, using 150-220 grit sandpaper, to dull the gloss and give the paint a rough surface to improve adhesion. Use a damp rag to remove the sanding dust.
3. Use Graham's 320-00 Aqua Borne Ceramic Undercoater to prime the surface. Let the primer dry for 4 hours. 320 may be sanded to acheive a smooth finish.
4. Apply a coat of Graham's 512 Ceramic Gloss, 532 Ceramic Satin or 542 Ceramic Flat Finish paints. A second coat can be applied if necessary.
These products may be applied by brush, roller or spray. Color possibilities with Graham Paint are endless, as we can match competitors paint samples, fabrics, carpeting, etc.
