VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds) are the solvents and other compounds that evaporate into the air and contribute to the formation of ground level ozone and to the depletion of the ozone layer.  VOCs also contribute to paint odor.  They are emitted by a wide array of products, including cleaning supplies, office equipment such as copiers and printers and many paints.  Breathe Safe has no VOC and is virtually odorless.
